Maryann Russo is a new voice in American poetry. Her poems have appeared in numerous publications, including Lunarosity, Sugar Mule, Pace, and poeticdiversity. One of her poems was nominated for the 2013 Pushcart Prize. Her first book, Wild and Still (Over And Above Press) will be published in April 2013. She is currently working on her next book. Maryann’s work invites readers to return to the place that has always been within, often using the natural world as a bridge. Maryann is a psychotherapist who lives and works in Redondo Beach, CA.
